From Lot 1 to 22 Lots and Beyond
The story of Bailey Park NDC begins with the residents of McDougall-Hunt. For decades, our families have served as the heartbeat of this community, maintaining pride through periods of both growth and systemic challenge.
Founded in 2016, Bailey Park NDC was established to ensure that the neighborhood's revitalization was led by the people who call it home. We started by reclaiming a single vacant lot, transforming it into a safe space for play and connection. Today, that vision has expanded into 22 reactivated lots, a Community Hub, and a comprehensive suite of stability programs—all focused on ensuring McDougall-Hunt remains a place of belonging for generations to come.
