The Hub was created to ensure McDougall-Hunt residents have a physical anchor in their own neighborhood, bridging the digital divide and providing a stable foundation for community action.

Whether using high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting with a housing coordinator, or joining a planning session, The Hub is a welcoming environment where every resident is supported.

The Innovation Lab

A modern tech center featuring 10+ workstations with high-speed internet and professional software for workforce training and youth coding.

Community Meeting Space

A flexible gathering area for neighborhood association meetings, workshops, and civic dialogue shaping the future of our blocks.

Resource Navigation

On-site staff support to assist with program intake, housing stability resources, and community health services.

Public Wi-Fi & Printing

Essential digital tools available to all residents during operating hours for job applications and schoolwork.

The Innovation Lab is the engine of our Workforce Readiness and Youth Development programs. It is a dedicated space where the digital divide is closed through mentorship and access, empowering residents of all ages to master modern digital tools.
